Our trainers will always give feedback and give you the opportunity to discuss any concerns you may have about the content, standard of training, and assessment tasks. Should you feel that these issues have not been addressed, you may lodge a written complaint to the Training Manager or Managing Director. We take any concerns very seriously however, should you feel that your complaint has not been rectified through these channels, you may lodge a formal complaint through the Training Accreditation Complaints team.
We believe in continuously improving the services we offer, and ask each student to complete a feedback form on completion of training to ensure our services and trainers are meeting our standards.
