Introduction
Created in collaboration with industry experts, the Digital Workplace Job Ready Program is designed to prepare you for a variety of roles that involve using business software and delivering excellent customer service across multiple industries.
The program includes both training and a practical work placement to help you get your foot in the door.
Successful participants may even be offered jobs by their host employers.
Throughout the program, you’ll gain skills in organising data and records, creating professional documents, and working with a range of software applications.
Pathways
For those interested in further training, the program will provide pathways to traineeships or institutional-based training, including:
Certificate II in Workplace Skills
Certificate III in Business
Entry Requirements
There are no entry requirements to study this qualification, although students must be able to provide a Unique Student Identifier (USI) and identification.
Students must also complete a short Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) assessment to assist VTS in identifying a learner’s eligibility and individual needs.
Delivery
This program will be delivered 4 days per week for 3 weeks and includes classroom-based face to face and practical training.
Additionally, you will be required to complete 5 days of work placement.

Eligibility for funded training is determined by the Government of Western Australia Department of Training and Workforce Development and may change from time to time.
