Traineeships and Apprenticeships
At VTS, our traineeships are designed for both employers and trainees, with regular workplace visits to assess progress, provide support, and align training with business needs. We partner with employers through ongoing communication and feedback. Our evaluation process ensures learning is effectively applied in the workplace, driving continuous improvement and achieving organisational goals.
There is a range of financial incentives to help businesses with the cost of taking on a new employee, apprentice or trainee. Incentives are provided by the Western Australian and Commonwealth Governments.
Multiple incentives can apply, so it is important to contact the agency providing the incentive to discuss your situation.
For information on all incentives available to employers, please browse through the Incentives to employ and train section- external site
